The purpose of the Penn State Moot Court Association is to assist members in gaining a deeper understanding of American Constitutional Law and the appellate court system through discussions, practice, intramural competitions, and intercollegiate competitions. The organization will sponsor teams to compete in regional and national competitions through the American Moot Court Association. The organization will have the ultimate goal of developing legal research, writing, and presentation skills to qualify for the National Championship at the end of the season.
